The Crystal River is a 600 acre body of water called King's Bay.  Because it is fed by multiple springs this body of water is ideal for a manatee habitat.  We have resident manatees that live in crystal river year round. Fun for all ages and no experience is necessary with our expert staff in the water with you. The Manatee encounter is available on DVD after the tours at our very large remodeled gift shop.

For a very scenic, and extremely secluded Manatee tour, we offer the premium Homosassa manatee snorkel tours during the wintertime.
This river is less visited (compared to the Crystal River) providing less people, less boats, less boat traffic, and creating more intimate
manatee time for the in-water participants.  The Homosassa River is
also shallower, so resting manatees are more easily seen. A must,
coming during the cold months.

Having the maximum depth of 25 feet, and a visibility of over two hundred feet; the Rainbow River snorkel allows non-divers to see everything.  As the current drifts the snorkelers along, they are able to free-dive down, or hover to see different spring vents dotting the bottom, fish, turtles, and aquatic plants. A must see.

SCUBA diving is a sport that requires training and certification to do
on your own.  But with an American Pro Divemaster/Instructor non-
divers can try the rewarding sport of SCUBA. So give scuba a try and blow bubbles at the bottom in just one afternoon (after the manatee tours).

Take a wild ride that is fun, educational, and extremely exciting on a jet ski tour where participants ride there own jet ski.  The tour is guided from Crystal River thru the St. Martins Preserve all the way out to Shell Island to see the Gulf of Mexico. Then the ride back!!!
